Handcrafted Products
All Petal and Cocoa chocolates and confections are handmade. Slight variations in size, shape, or appearance may occur, reflecting the artisanal nature of our products. We take care to maintain the highest quality and craftsmanship in every piece. -
Packaging Variations & Shipping
Packaging may vary slightly over time. During shipping, products may move, or chocolates may scratch due to friction with each other. Every order is thoughtfully and elegantly presented. -
Storage & Liability
Petal and Cocoa is not responsible for how products are stored after delivery. To maintain optimal quality: - Ideally, store chocolates in a cool, dry place away from sunlight, odors, and heat.
- Products can be stored at room temperature if it does not exceed 20 degrees Celsius.
- If temperatures are higher, we recommend placing chocolates in an airtight container on the warmest shelf in the fridge, away from condensation and strong-smelling foods.
- After removing from the fridge, wait 30–60 minutes before opening the container and consuming.

Fat Bloom / Appearance Changes
Chocolates stored above 22°C may develop fat bloom (a whitish film on the surface). This affects appearance and texture only, not taste or safety. Products are safe to consume as long as they are within the best-before date. -
Customised Orders & Purchases
All purchases are final and non-refundable. Customised orders for special occasions must be booked and paid for in advance. If in doubt before purchase, please contact us.
